Add these commands in betaflight CLI. Hopefully you will have lots of throttle control while still having access to full power.

set thr_mid = 41
set thr_expo = 65
This can also be set on the Rates tab
Set Throttle Mid to the hover point without any Expo

Also, make sure your radio end points are setup correctly.

You can also try “set min_check = 1025” as this will give you more control on the low end of the stick. You can try lower settings as well, but do it with caution. For some of my quads I have it set as low as 1010.
