About once a year I have to change the batteries in my Sharp Weather Station, normally know it’s time to do this as I loose the outside temp nature &humidity. Normally I just change the batteries in both units, the main inside console & the outside probe. Each time I forget how to get the outside readings to show up.

It’s actually quite simple when did correctly, this is how I did it. Replace the batteries in the outdoor probe by bringing it into the house so it can be close to the console. After replacing the batteries in the outdoor sensor replace the batteries in the console. The unit should come back on making a couple of beeps in the process. The number 1 will be flashing in the channel window, wait til it stops flashing if both units are set to channel 1 if not use the up arrow key to put it on the proper channel. Now don’t do anything else until the outside tempature & humidity show on the main unit. When they do you can the set the date and time or wait til it syncs with the Atomic clock which can take up to 24 hours or so, you may still have to set the time zone, which can also be done after the outside temp nature & humidity show on the main screen.
