Eachine Racer 250 Antenna
The LemonRX receiver that I used for the ER250 had dual antenna and it is suggested that you keep the antenna away from the carbon fiber body
so I bought an antenna mount off eBay.
To give the antenna a little flexibility if they hit something I cut then at the 20 mm mark.
Then took a 20 mm piece of silicone fuel tubing and joined the 2 pieces back together.
To mount I first ran the antenna wires through the tube holes. I had the servo mounting tape on the bottom of the mount already. Stunk the mount to the rear of the ER250. I then put the antenna wire through the 20 mm tubing and stuck it in the mount. Then goes the silicone fuel tubing, then the longer piece. I cut the longer piece off so it was just longer than the antenna wire. I used a dab of super glue on the tube before I stuck it into the silicone tube just to make sure it didn’t come off real easy. Put the provided caps on the tubes and the job was done.
Wish I could take credit for being smart enough to think up this idea but I’m not. When cruising the net I saw some of the RC car guys doing this and thought it was a good idea and would work for a quad too.
